Confidentiality

Whatever you choose to raise is treated in confidence. NLP Tool Up does not disclose client details or case histories except in the following circumstances*:

(a) when there are safety concerns for client or others*;

(b) in a context where the requirements of the Terrorism Act 2000 apply*; or

(c) where you have given NLP Tool Up your express written consent to disclose information.

*As yet the circumstances described in paragraphs (a) and (b) have never arisen.
