Rescheduling:

• More than 24 hours before a session: reschedule free of charge using the "Reschedule" button in your confirmation email.

• During the last 24 hours before a session: during this period it is no longer possible to reschedule.

Cancelling:

• More than 24 hours before a session: for written cancellations we will refund 90% of your fee. The remaining 10% cover charges we incur from payment processors. To cancel, either use the "Cancel" button in your confirmation email or send an email to info@nlptoolup.com. Remember that your cancellation needs to be in writing to qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. While we issue refunds speedily, time frames depend on the payment processor.

• During the last 24 hours before a session: we do not refund fees for sessions cancelled during this period.

We do not refund no-shows.
